Hi! I’m Ashley — the heart behind Cove Kits.

Cove Kits was created from something simple: I love seeing people happy, connected, and fully in the moment.

TOPEKA has always felt like more than an event to me. It’s a place where people come alive. It’s music, laughter, freedom, reunions, dancing, beach air, late nights, and the kind of memories that stay with you long after the weekend ends. There’s something really special about watching people show up, let go, and experience pure joy together.

I’ve always been drawn to that energy. I love helping create beautiful experiences. I love being part of moments people will remember forever. I love watching friends gather, strangers become family, and guests feel like they belong the second they arrive. That’s really where Cove Kits began.

I noticed how much excitement and personality guests already bring to their coves. Some go all in with themes, lights, inflatables, and decorations. Others arrive wishing they had known they could decorate or wishing they had brought something special to make their space feel more like theirs.

I kept thinking...

What if we made that easier?
What if guests could arrive and have something fun, colorful, and celebration-ready waiting for them?
What if their cove instantly felt like home base?
What if decorating became part of the experience instead of one more thing to figure out?

That idea turned into Cove Kits.

To me, cove decorating is about more than decor. It sets the tone for the weekend. It creates excitement before the first set even starts. It makes people smile. It sparks conversation. It makes the pictures better. It gives your group a space that feels personal and memorable.

Most of all, it adds joy.
And that’s really my why.

I want to amplify the happiness that already exists here. I want to help people celebrate birthdays, reunions, favorite bands, friendships, and all the little moments in between. I want to create one more reason the TOPEKA experience feels unforgettable.

I’m incredibly grateful to Andy and the entire TOPEKA team for trusting me and giving me the opportunity to bring this vision to life. They’ve created something truly special, and it means a lot to contribute to it in my own way.

I love TOPEKA. I love the people. I love the memories made here. I love seeing familiar faces season after season. I love that my own family gets to be part of it too.
